OSCC Salary Survey

The OSCC CEO Salary Survey provides valuable data to chamber CEOs and volunteer leaders throughout the state.  It allows OSCC members to better understand the market and financial compensation that can be expected at all levels of experience, responsibility and commitment of time.  Because salary information is such a sensitive issue, this information will be kept confidential and no individual salary information will be published.  Rather, information is provided individually upon request in high, low and average salaries.

OSCC Mentor Program

Chamber Executives and CEO’s have a need for insight that is outside of their normal life and educational experience. In response the OSCC board of directors developed a mentoring program to help guide members through the business of leading an Oregon Chamber of Commerce.  Through the program interested OSCC members are matched with senior Chamber leadership from around the state to provide one-on-one counseling and assistance.
